Any suggestions on what might be the problem? I have been trying to use flowplayer to add videos to my site however i am not having much luck. I went my all the tutotials but it is still not working. I added all necessary code and javascript to my server and to my webpage but still all I get is a frame where it just spins but the videos do not show.

The flowplayer used by this site is just a flash 'swf' file which should be loading from a folder on the server here.

When you say you reinstalled win 7 did you just install over the top of the existing windows or did you wipe the disk and start again? That error can be caused by the file on the server not being where it says it is on the web page but if this was true no one would be able to see the video, so this can't be the problem. Another reason for the error is your firewall, browser or anti virus settings are stopping you from downloading the file.
It could also be the permissions on either flash or wherever it's trying to save the temp file. If the flash program is unable to save the buffer temp file, then it will probably report it can't find the source file. I can't remember where the permissions for flash are set but it might be in control panel. You can specify what resources on your machine it can use, ie cameras, mic, local storage,etc.
As well as fashion permissions, check you have your temp environment variable set and that you can write to it.
